For Buyers: Today, most sellers offer buyer agents compensation to cover their fee (typically 2.5%-3%). Because we use technology to handle a lot of the busywork, we rebate up to half of this fee back to you (subject to a minimum fee of $5,000). We work with your lender to ensure rebate compliance.
For Sellers: Traditional agents charge a 2% to 3% listing fee. We provide premium, full-service representation—including Zillow Showcase and professional photography—for just a 1% listing fee. You get maximum exposure while keeping thousands more of your equity.
